Fluids, Tylenol: Low grade temperature can be monitored without meds. Ibuprofen or Tylenol can be given after 6 mo when the kid is grumpy or seems in pain. For fever with concerning change in activity or appearance, contact your physician. If baby seems happy and playful, taking fluids well, you can monitor at home for a few days.Most are simple viruses and self heal.
