Cold/fever: Babies sweat when they lose their heat and also with fevers. With fever, the central body gets warm and extremities are cold. Panadol can be given every 4 hrs for the temp until resolved. I would observe her for other symptoms, not alert, rash, or other symptoms in the next 1-2 d and see MD to check if these symptoms progress.
