Pain location: Kidney pain is located in the flank, deep to lower ribs in the back.Pain can radiate round to front with kidney stone that gets stuck in lower ureter.Either can be associated with blood in urine or stone history.Pregnancy normally not associated with pain, however tubal pregnancy can cause excrutiating pain in low abdomen, if present occurs about 6 weeks into pregnancy & thus after a missed period
