Complicated: Hormonal imbalances are complicated. There is no simple answer . You will need to be under the care of an endocrinologist. Most medical schools have clinics that provide free or very low cost care. You might also contact your local medical society in Tulsa who can direct you to a clinic. If Oklahoma has accepted Obamacare for indigent people you might get very low cost insurance with Medicaid.
