See specialist: Preferably a Podiatrist or Orthopedist who treats ankles. You need to get examined and to find out what is wrong. Then you can get the treat needed. Don't wait.

Good idea..: If it is still that sore, needs to be seen by a qualified person. It may need a CAM walker boot to give it proper rest, possible PT. Keep using the ice, rest and NSAIDS. Ankle sprains, especially of the eversion type, take a long time to heal. They need further evaluation by a specialist.
