Muscle atrophy: The astronauts had the same issue. You haven't been using your muscles for ~ three months and you probably have some loss of muscle mass (called atrophy). Good that you're walking! It's going to take about 6 to 12 weeks before you you regain your previous muscle strength. The key is to keep up the walking. Initially you will have to the symptoms of wobbles/stiff but this will subside.
