How to get marijuana out your system because i have anxiety and depression and it made my symptoms worse?

Depression : The best way to get marijuana out of your system is to refrain from ingesting or smoking it. Exercise will increase metabolism to reduce fat where marijuana is stored. During and after exercise endorphins are released by your body and will help boost mood. See your doctor to make sure that your medications for depression and anxiety are working to maximum effect.

Wait longer: It takes time to clear from your system, depending on how long and often you use it. It builds up in fat tissue and is slowly released, sometimes taking months. Classically, overusing cannabis has been associated with increased anxiety, not lower doses--although that is possible and may be plant-strain related. Get treatment for your mood by a mental health practitioner and discuss this with them

Stop using it: Your body will eventually clear the marijuana you've used, if you stop using it. If you're anxious and depressed, please consider seeing your physician, a psychiatrist, and/or a psychologist. Help is available.
