Adhesions?: If there's going to be a serious complication from tubal ligation, it usually occurs in the first two or three weeks after surgery. However, you can develop scar tissue from any surgery which can cause symptoms later on. You can also develop a hernia in the area of an incision. Best to see a doc and get checked out.
