Is it true vitamin a & e suppl. increase the risk of cancer! i read on internet smokers used beta-carotene were 18% more likely to get lung cancer!

It is true that these supplements do not help to prevent cancer and may increase risk of some cancers. Your doctor may still feel you need them for certain problems, but you should not take them as a cancer preventative.
