Don't worry: Worry is useless. Also think carefully about strong words like 'crazy' and 'ruin'. If you pretty much mean them - do try to find a psychotherapist to talk to. Teens and young adults - really, all of us - can feel pretty awful at times. Common can be thought of as normal, but it's different. You can learn ways to understand and manage your feelings better.
