Normal: I have seen many men complaining about very small whit e bumps all arround the ridge of the head of the glans penis. This is not a disease of any kind, it is normal. These are considered the nerve endings in the form of papillae. Please Donot have it removed by somebody who is not knowledgeable about these,it will cause you harm. This is absolutely normal and Donot worry about it.
