Was on bed rest for almost 3 months. legs feel weak which i know is normal. but i kind of lose balance but i don't fall or anything. is this normal?

Leg weakness: Bed rest can weaken your core muscles and leg muscles significantly. Weak core muscles will make you feel unbalanced. A stationary bicycle and pool exercises will build strength and balance rapidly. Be sure to do lots of stretching too. Pilates and yoga are excellent exercise options as well.
