Spend time w/him: Hoping your brother's getting treatment for his depression -- medications and psychotherapy can be very effective. If not, you can encourage him in that direction, first through seeing his primary care doctor and then with psychiatrists, psychologists, etc. And you can spend time with him -- talking and doing activities that get you outdoors and moving. Better for you both than watching tv!
