Talk to someone: You're young, you have insight, life's dealt you hard blows, and you must feel overwhelmed. Your recovery will come from learning career and social skills, avoiding self-destructive behaviors, and especially reprogramming your thinking -- anybody would be confused coming from what you have. A short course of psychotherapy and perhaps medication is probably in order. Easy on the alcohol. Be brave.

I would recommend: You see you doctor to rule out any physical cause of depression. I would also recommend that you see a psychiatrist for medication for what may be a mixture of posttraumatic stress disorder and depression. Psychotherapy can be determined by the psychiatrist. Prolonged grief especially at the age that you were at when these events happened often has the tendency to act more like ptsd chemically and in response to medication. Best wishes and sorry to hear about the tragedies in your life.
