Urologist or Psych. : Consult with urologist if UR having actual penile problems as result of circumcision such as too much skin was removed. Most physical problems can be aleviated, sometimes with surgery. Otherwise you might need to consult with a psychiatrist because what was done was done & you have to live with it.
