What to do if i cannot barely swallow a little pill. i cannot swallow this one. can i crush it and put it in water and drink it?

Depends on the pill: some are coated for protection and the protection is all you lose. some can be time-release or ph-release and you crushing it makes it lose the efficacy entirely. if you can't swallow a 'little pill' you may have real issues. discuss workup with your PCP/ GI docs and also with the prescribing physician whether there are alternatives to the pill prescribed.
