What do you advise if i'm struggling with everything, walking, housework even moving around in bed. does anyone else have this problem?

Struggling how?: We'd first need to know if you're struggling physically or emotionally, as the considerations would be vastly different. Struggling physically could be related to arthritis, or from a heart or lung issue, for example. Struggling emotionally could be from depression, attention-deficit disorder or anxiety.
