Live and learn.: So you overate yesterday for whatever reason, and you're still feeling it today. Keep it light today, drink plenty of water to help break down the foods, accept it for what it was, and don't make a habit of overeating in general. On occasion, a day like that would not be harmful in the long run, but overeating as a general rule could lead to poor health.
