Go to emergency room: If you are feel like hurting yourself please go to the nearest emergency room. Simple things like eating a healthy diet, getting enough and getting exercise even walking have been shown to help depression. Depression can be from things happening in your life and or from genetics. It is important to find out why you are depressed and get coping skills to deal with your issues. Therapy can help.
