What is the cure for diaphragm rututre in infants?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Surgical repair: These may occur either prior to or soon after birth. Efforts to stabilize the kid include insertion of an orogastric tube to keep air from inflating the bowel and stomach more.(that worsens the process) Airway is assured and fluids maintained lines in arteries and veins. Movement to a hospital capable of surgical repair and advanced neonatal care is routine.
