Hi docs, do you think i can get therapy to help me stop engaging in controversial self sabotaging behavior?

Therapy: Likely. However, the real question is whether you are motivated enough to work aggressively with therapy. You would not engage in the behavior if it didn't have a payoff. You would have to decide that the pain brought about by these behaviors isn't worth the perceived benefit.
