How can pancreas be replaced in case of failure by birth?

Pancreas: I am not sure exactly what you mean. If the pancreas is not working at all it can be replaced that this does not happen alone to my knowledge. More common is a combined kidney and pancreas transplant if your kidney stops working properly.

Pancreas: Very highly unlikely, but please see a Specialist about this! Things should be OK, but always good to check it out with a doctor.
