Ok for what purpose?: There is little or no evidence from scientific trials that these products actually work. Weight loss depends on decreasing calories in diet, and increasing your metabolic rate and calorie loss with exercise. Some people say they have great results, most people don't. If you cut down calories and increase exercise, ANY product will help. If you don't, none of them will.
