Yes: Parlodel is a good treatment for hyperprolactinemia (too much prolactin hormone), and some patients conceive with it alone or combined with other fertility treatments. Clomid (clomiphene) can be used to induce ovulation (egg release) in many women who don't have regular cycles, or to cause 2-3 eggs to ovulate instead of one. About 10% success per month in under 35's; most pregnancies in the first 3-4 months.

Yes: You can use Parlodel for hyperprolactinemia while using Clomid (clomiphene) for ovulation induction. Parlodel itself may indice ovulation in women with hyperprolctinemia.
