Variable: Many preparations available for cleansing colon. Different institutions have different methods for cleansing. Laxatives such as Dulcolax dulcolax suppositories, drinking magnesium citrate and/or golytely (polyethylene glycol) are methods sometimes in combinations. You should ask your place where study is being performed for their advice.
