Okay to workout : Exercise in pregnancy is excellent. You will need to listen to your body, as there are many changes happening to your heart, lungs, and blood vessels. Remember to keep hydrated and avoid maximal exertion. Swimming, yoga, weight training are good alternatives to high impact activities as you get further. Eating a well-balanced diet is also recommended. I followed my own advice during my pregnancy!
