Orajel on toothbrush: Yes for the toothbrush. The question is why? This is not something that I would recommend. What are you trying to accomplish. I would not do this on an individual basis and certainly not long term. This is not the intended use of Orajel. Consult with your own dentist regarding what you are trying to accomplish. There are much safer and effective options.

It is safe: Remember, a tooth pain won't go away without treatment and the infection may spread to your jaw, cheeks, sinus and to other areas of your head and neck. Visit a dentist ASAP
