Sore Back: There a plenty of great exercises you can find on this- and other sites... Soreness can be due to in-activity, or also due to lots of vigorous lifting etc, and for each cause, there are different remedies. A warm bath or shower might help before starting flexibility exercises; preferably while on your back. Pull knees up to the chest and hold one- or both legs and alternate with core strenghtening
