Yes : Yes signs of head injury are headache dizziness nausea visual changes, photosensitivity, probs with sleep memory etc. spectrum runs from mild head contusion to concussion to severe traumatic brain injury. Bleeds on the brain usually high energy injuries can be ruled out with CT scan. See MD for evaluation.
