A house: It varies a great deal depending on in state or out of state tuition for the college of dentistry (4years). Residency normally pays you as an "employee". However, if you do a six year residency, you must complete medical school and internship. So, you will also have cost of medical school. These days it may run from $200-350k or more. Rough estimate.
