No...: Fosamax (alendronate) increases the possibility of developing osteonecrosis of the jaw, which is the "death of bone" in your jaw. I suppose you could say that is a TMJ disorder.

No: Has not occured to my knowledge. See a TMJ expert to help evaluate and treat your problem. A TMJ expert can be general dentist, an oral surgeon, prosthodontist, orofacial pain specialist. Ask your physician, dentist or dental society for a recommendation.
