Hyperthyroid: Hyperthyroid state can cause increased heart rate and increased systemic blood flow. This state can cause noisy blood flow which is murmur.

Possibly : if the thyroid level is high enough to increase heart rate and contractility of the heart then you might have a flow murmur which should disappear if hyperthyroidism is treated
