XRAYS showed sinus infection a year ago. Been through tons of antibiotics ENT nasal sprays. Still there. Is this dangerous? What is my next step?

Then you need: drainage of sinus , making sinus openings bigger by stretching blocked sinus opening with ballon, simple out patient procedure. Yes untreated infections in the sinuses may lead to several complications , ask your doctor to refer you to ENT specialist
