Hard to tell: Anti-parietal cell antibodies are age & sex dependent, with an increasing incidence in women and older people. This blood test looks for antibodies against the parietal cells of the stomach. Depending on which laboratory assay was used to determine the level of antibodies without a reference point it would be inappropriate to assign significance to the number.
