White matter : Nonspecific white matter signal abnormalities are a relatively common incidental finding on MRI. Various causes, sometimes associated with migraines, hypertension, vascular disease. Sometimes no known cause. Assuming your doctor has fully evaluated you, and you are otherwise healthy, probably not much to do about it, except possibly MRI follow up in 6-12 months to assess for changes.
