Sleepwalking: You may have a medical condition such as GERD, restless legs or other condition medication can be a cause as well. Your anxiety can also be a cause. Make sure you cant hurt yourself at night. Before bedtime, cut out auditory and visual stimuli. Finally, see your doctor to rule out medical problems and a psychotherapist to help you with your anxiety.

Can be sleep defecit: This often arises in people who have less than adequate sleep on a chronic basis. It can flare when it worsens. As little as half hour/night of effective sleep can eliminate the problem.
