Improve sleep: Many consider this a symptom of inadequate restful sleep or a sleep defecit.It would likely flare when activities make getting to be delays commonplace and subside when less so. Removing technology from the kids nightime about an hour prior to bedtime and assuring at least 9 hrs/night (plus if studying hard or athletic practice). As little as a half hour/d of extra sleep can sometimes end this
