Kidney infection: If you have a kidney, or bladder, infection you will need to diagnose it and antibiotics to cure it. See a physician, have your urine cultured and get started on the appropriate antibiotics to cure it.

See your doctor : You should see your doctor so that a proper evaluation (urinalysis, white blood count/cbc, urine culture) can be done. That way you can receive proper treatment. Also there are other things that could seem like a kidney infection & be something else.
