Not advisable: The chemicals in mouthwash are not kind to recently surgeries tissues. Your Dentist or Oral Surgeon should have given you written post-surgical instructions. Follow them. If you did not receive written instructions call the treating General Dentist or specialist Oral Surgeon for appropriate post-surgical care.
