My1 year old son fell on a floor didn't hurt just fell with his cheek and a bit of head. i washed his face but didn't wash entire body.is it ok?

He'll be fine: One year olds fall - and they fall often. It's good thing they are short so it's a shorter distance to the floor!. If there was no loss of consciousness, he is acting normal, no recurrent vomiting - he is totally ok. This may be his first significant fall, but I guarantee you it will not be his last!
