A member asked:

When should u worry about escape rhytms and ventricular fibrillation due to overactive parasympathic nervous system? and heartblock?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Complicated question: Hard to answer without more info and more space. Escape rhythms are like a "back-up" rhythm, and are generally protective rather than concerning. Lower grade heart block also is usually not symptomatic, and it doesn't sound like you're dealing with anything that might progress to 3rd degree AV block. As for VFib, an overactive parasympathetic system shouldn't really put you at risk for that.
