Baby probably fine: Monitor for fetal movement. If none after lying down and eating something, call your doctor. The baby is pretty cushioned inside a water balloon.

See dr asap: If you hit your stomach that hard, call your OB dr asap, if no answer, get to an urgicare center or ed to get evaluated.
