Infantile spasm: Has episodic spasm like seizures, associated with poor prognosis. Typically starts early in childhood, there is possible milestone regression. Steroids are used, if there is any surgical cause in brain, surgery might be helpful. Some of the newer antiseizure meds are helpful.
