Arthralgias: If there is swelling of specific joints with redness you will urgent evaluation to make sure you don not have an infected joint. If there is no swelling you will need to evaluated for rheumatoid arthritis though usually does not affect large joints and is symmetrical. If there is involvement of musculature you will need to be evaluated for fibromyalgia. All have different treatments.
