Slow healinginfectio: Your cat scratch wound is slowly healing as there is no pus little pain or swelling. The wounds on palm takes little long to heal , but the bruise should go away in due course of time. If still persisting then consult your doctor.

Cat scratch concerns: Usually uninfected bruises would heal in a couple of weeks, but some minor infection may be persisting to delay the healing process. It doesnt appear serious since you dont report any redness, pus or swelling. Cat Scratch disease should be considered for potential complication, availability of diagnostic test and treatment. Check with your PMD to see what u may need to rule it out.
