Possible allergy: Pimples on the cheek of your baby may be due to allergy or infection _bacterial or fungal. or acne . Consult your doctor who will examine your baby and advise treatment accordingly .

? miliara rubra: 6 month olds usually don't get acne. Is it just on his face; does it ooze or is it spreading? Is fluid in pimple clear or pus-like. Is he feeling alright? Fever? It could be from sweating,overheated, something called miliara rubra

Worth a visit: Kids who get acne at 6 months may have a condition producing excess hormones that needs treatment. Certainly the acne, if it is acne, needs to be controlled as scaring can occur at this age and be long lasting. Discuss with your doc and seek the help of a dermatologist to help sort it out.
