Treat again: You need to treat again. The recommended dose of Azithromycin for treating chlamydia is 1 gram (4-250 mg tablets) in a single dose. your partner also need to be treated. Try taking it with food to help keep it down.

Yes need treatment: Unfortunately, the Azithromycin dose for chlamydia is tough to take - and if you threw it up a half hour after taking it, you have to be re-treated. If you can't do the azithromycin, there are alternatives that are just as effective. Ask your doctor and make sure your partner gets treatment, too.
