Uncontrolled Htn: More important than knowing "why?" is figuring out how to get evaluated emergently in my opinion. Ideal blood pressure is 100/70. Some of your reading are concerning. Avoid strenuous activity, avoid arguments and things that upset you. See a doctor right away.
