Schizophrenia: Life a healthy life style. Moderate exericise. Eat properly, avoiding junk foods and excess sugar. Avoid smoking, alcohol and drugs at all costs. Protect your brain. Take vitamins. Avoid excess stress. Be kind to yourself. Do not be to critical to yourself.

Avoid drugs: Some recent studied have shown that drugs of abuse, even Cannabis, can trigger Psychosis and contribute to an earlier onset of conditions like Schizophrenia. Avoiding drugs and alcohol is always a good idea. Some of the Cannabis is very potent. That being said, there are excellent medications now available to help control Schizophrenia, which effects one percent of the population. Good luck.
