If i use no more than 56 capsules of 10 mg oxycodone per month, no specific amount per day, how fast will tolerance develop and how long until wd sx?

Individual variance: Timing of tolerance is really very individual but in general, if you've been taking the oxycodone this way for awhile you are likely becoming tolerant and withdrawal symptoms typically start to occur within 24 hours of your last dose. If you are looking to stop the drug I would recommend discussing and making a plan with your prescribing doctor to get off safely and lessen your withdrawal.
